H-2B / H-2A Temporary & Seasonal Programs

Temporary & Seasonal Work Program Fee Policy
Applicants under the H-2B and H-2A temporary work programs are
not charged any employment, recruitment, or placement fees by the employer.

All payments made to TradeCmart International relate only to document processing, case management, and coordination with participating employers.

These fees do not constitute any payment for the job itself, nor are they a condition of employment or visa issuance.

Our services are limited to preparing and submitting the required documentation, ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security regulations, and assisting with employer–applicant matching.

H-2A / H-2B Active Pool Placement Advisory

  • Timeline Range: Active pool placement may take approximately 6 to 12 months minimum, or longer.

  • No Fixed Dates: Placement timelines are not fixed and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

  • Meaning of Active Pool: Inclusion in the active pool means an applicant remains under consideration for qualifying employer-sponsored opportunities as they become available.

  • No Guaranteed Outcome: Active pool status does not mean that a travel date, embassy date, job start date, or final placement date has been issued or guaranteed.

  • Factors Affecting Timing: Final timelines depend on employer demand, job availability, government processing stages, visa cap availability, petition approvals, consular scheduling, travel readiness, and other operational factors.

  • Final Determination of Timing:  Timing is ultimately affected by employer-side readiness, U.S. government processing, statutory visa caps, consular capacity, and related compliance requirements.

  • Official Updates Only: Only official updates issued directly through our office should be relied upon.
