Temporary & Seasonal Work Program Fee Policy
Applicants under the H-2B and H-2A temporary work programs are not charged any employment, recruitment, or placement fees by the employer.

All payments made to TradeCmart International relate only to document processing, case management, and coordination with participating employers.

These fees do not constitute any payment for the job itself, nor are they a condition of employment or visa issuance.

Our services are limited to preparing and submitting the required documentation, ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security regulations, and assisting with employer–applicant matching.
